Philippians 4:8

The power of MEDITATION and it’s benefits cannot be over emphasized. If you desire to have living water flow from your inward parts, you should make conscious effort to vet whatever goes into your mind and the things you feed your spirit.

There is no doubt, you are a product of your thoughts and if you do not want the devil to make a mess of your life, feed your spirit man with life giving food and you will live a spiritually rewarding life.

Your ears and eyes are gateways to your mind and spirit. Be careful what you are exposed to. Some movies and some things in the internet are targeted by the enemy, towards making a mess of one’s life and hence making people spiritually unproductive.

Guard your heart with all diligence beloved, out of it springs the issues of life, Proverbs 4:23.
